The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Delivery options:

​

Collection at the Boutique - FREE

​

Ready for collection @ the Boutique 48 hours from the time of order. 

If ordered after 11am Monday to Friday or after 9:30am Weekends please allow an extra day for preparation. 

Our collection Times are Tuesday-Thursday & Saturday 1-5.45pm. Sunday 1-4.45pm.

Please note that sale pieces need to be collected by the weekend of the order date. Customers with orders that are not collected by the weekend will be given a full refund.

Remember the buyer need only show their e-receipt when they come to collect their order. If someone else comes in your place, they must also show ID & the e-receipt.

​UK Delivery:​

​

• Standard 3-5 working day delivery. Please allow us to have a day or two to pack orders.
• Same day Delivery Bolton. - £7.95  Only available for Bolton Deliveries. Orders placed before 11:00

• Precise day Bolton - £7.95

  Choosing this option allows all orders placed between Monday to Friday to be delivered at a specific date and time chosen by you.

  Not available for deliveries outside Bolton. Choose your time & day 48hours after order within Bolton for all orders placed between Monday and Saturday before 11:00. Delivery option Monday-Friday 8am-8pm.

• Next day delivery Nationwide - £9.95.  Order before Noon.

       We aim for next day delivery on orders placed between Monday and Friday before 20:00. If this is not possible, we will show you the estimated time of delivery at the time of purchase.​

Remember, you will need to present your ID document when collecting your order.

The delivery times shown above shall increase for Northern Ireland and remote areas.

Deliveries are only made on working days.​

Return/Refund Policy:

​

• Return and refund at House of Mika Couture is very easy. You may return the item and we will issue you full refund.

• However, for pieces on offer and pre-order, we don't do return/refund.

• Pre-ordered pieces are especially made for you that's why we don't issue refund for these items.
